Having moved into my new apartment less than a week ago, I'm loving these easy yet stylish decorating ideas; I love looking (and finding) inspiration!

I'm extremely happy with my KitchenAid stand mixer. While I thought from seeing it everywhere, from TV shows to blogs that it was an expensive fad, after using it in Canada, I was dead wrong; it's a solid appliance and a basic for any kitchen. I used it for breads, dough, cakes, frosting and more, and it's like no others.

I recently discovered (through Pinterest, naturally), the blog Thifty decor chick. Again, I'm so into decor ideas at the moment!

This coming out story really moved me to tears.

This mind-reading genie however, freaked me out completely. I can't believe they have compiled such a limitless database for movies, TV shows, etc. Try it.

If you are looking for good yet affordable beauty products, this article by BellaSugar has more than 100 drugstore items you can chose from.

How did I even end up reading the Uncyclopedia page of Tristan und Isolde, I have no idea, but I must say it cracked me up; "tot zu lachen", as they say in German. Same for their twist on the biography of Richard Wagner.

Alexandra Cooks is arguably one of my favourite food blogs, and she recently posted this pizza recipe which, as simple as it is, seems beyond appetizing! Definitely on my must-make list!

This cat bed is my next crochet project once I finish a throw and matching pillows for my living room. As to why I would need a cat bed... Hint hint! ;)
